This applied course is intended to be a gentle introduction to the practices of data analysis for students with little-to-no programming experience. We will focus on applying data science techniques using real-world datasets for students to learn how to utilize modern tools of analytics to harness the value of big data. Students will get hands-on experience in data analysis and gain the knowledge of how to expand their toolsets to answer more challenging questions in their future endeavors.
